YOUR MISSION:
- Setting up and coordinating a bid team in response to a Requests for Proposal (RfP) in Galileo and Space domain
- Developing proposal management documents, including scope, schedule, costs, resources and risk management plans, requirements compliance matrix, proposal outline and presentation to customer, define/update proposal document templates, in compliance with Project Management standards
- Lead coordination with DLR Institutes
- Manage (contractual) relationships with customer and project partners, including potential change requests to the agreed proposal baseline
- Documenting Lessons Learned and Organisational Procedure Assets on internal bid processes
- Setting up new projects or providing project management or service management support for existing projects
- Managing and reporting project schedule, risks, costs and KPIs
- Generating and tracking of VCDs based on the applicable requirements of the contract
- Defining together with supply chain management contractual obligations for industrial subcontractors
- Close coordination with all internal and external I/F for technical and managerial matters
- Coordination of milestones. Collecting and compiling data packs as well as following up RIDs from customer
- Contributing to market analysis and business plan
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- University degree in Engineering or Business or similar
- Good understanding of space and ground infrastructure and design in space projects or comparable experience in technical environments
- Good communication skills, ability to reduce complexities to essential aspects in interaction with various internal teams, project customer and stakeholders
- Experience in contract management or good knowledge about handling of KPIs/SLAs (definition, design, measurement and reporting) are an advantage
- Independent, proactive team-player, continuous self-learner, hands-on, transparent and solution oriented worker
- Experience in Project Management or certification (PMP, ITIL, Scrum/Agile or similar) are beneficial
- Strong Time Management skills and ability to prioritize
- Readiness to take over responsibility and ownership of a problem
- Skills in Project Status Reporting
- Fluent in English
