DLR GfR mbH is a company providing reliable, safe and secure aerospace services. We operate and manage the constellation of Galileo satellites in the Galileo Control Center Oberpfaffenhofen on behalf of the European Commission.
Our company headquarters is located in an area widely known as a holiday destination - the five-lakes region in Upper Bavaria near Munich. YOUR MISSION:

As part of our IT department, the IT Solutions Group takes care of the entire lifecycle of our enterprise applications, maintains the M365 environment and operates various Galileo support systems.

Become part of the IT team at DLR GfR mbH and take responsibility for the systems that support the Galileo project. With your know-how, you will drive the further development of our solutions and always keep an eye on the latest developments and opportunities. A collegial and motivated team is looking forward to working with you in the following areas:

Administration and maintenance of the Linux, Windows and SaaS application landscape
Operation and design of the M365 Enterprise environment
Evaluation and introduction of new applications and functions

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Business fluent German (C1) and very good English skills (B2)
Extensive experience in the administration of Linux applications
Extensive experience in the administration of M365 Enterprise products and Entra
Sound experience with the introduction and deployment of applications in Azure
Very good understanding of infrastructure and network topologies as well as IT security
Certifications in the areas of M365, Azure, LPIC, ITIL and information security are a plus
Experience in applying traditional and agile methods in day-to-day work
Proven credentials, certificates and further training
Willingness to undergo extended security checks
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
