DLR GfR mbH is a company providing reliable, safe and secure aerospace services. We operate and manage the constellation of Galileo satellites in the Galileo Control Center Oberpfaffenhofen on behalf of the European Commission.
Our company headquarters is located in an area widely known as a holiday destination - the five-lakes region in Upper Bavaria near Munich. YOUR MISSION:

As part of our IT department, you will ensure the security of our systems. We manage a variety of modern solutions.

Become part of the IT team at DLR GfR mbH and take responsibility for the systems that support the Galileo project. With your know-how, you will contribute to the further development of our solutions and always keep an eye on the latest developments and possibilities. A friendly and committed team is looking forward to your support in these core areas:

Contributing to the development and operation of SIEM and incident response solutions
Management of PKI, IAM and authorization concepts
Vulnerability management and resolution of security issues

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Business fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Security (Defender, EntraID, AD)
Proven experience with IT security solutions at application and infrastructure level
Certifications in the field of information security are an advantage
Experience with classic and agile methods in daily practice
Sound knowledge of IT security and IT infrastructure
Proven relevant certificates and further training
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
